What kind of products do you normally stock?

We generally stock hot products and other up-and-coming items. This depends on what people are interested in, seasonal changes, and current world trends. However, we love everything related to tech, so you should definitely check out what's in our tech catalogue. 

What should I do if a product is suddenly unavailable? It was just here a minute ago...

We are constantly updating our product lists to include what's hot right now. Sometimes, products fall out of rotation or go out of season. If you have inquiries about a specific product that is no longer available, please email experience@slimtechusa.com

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

How do you handle returns or refunds?

Every return or refund claim will start by emailing support@slimtechusa.com. From there, you'll be asked to describe the problem with the product, and submit some images/videos to us so we can determine what went wrong. For more details, please see our Refund Policy

How long does it take to ship an order?

We do our best to handle all orders quickly as soon as they come in, and list shipping times for individual items on each product page. However, individual suppliers from which products are sourced may be experiencing backlogs due to supply chain issues. But don't worry! You'll be able to track your order as soon as you place it, and if you've purchased order protection at checkout, your order is guaranteed to be safe. My order is moving so slow! Why?

Due to supply chain issues and limited availability, some orders may take longer to arrive than others. We do our best to provide a shipping estimation on the product page, but sometimes orders just take longer than expected. If anything goes wrong with your order besides an extended transit time send us an email at support@slimtechusa.com.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Once an item has been shipped out, the responsibility of a successful delivery is on the courier who picked up the package. While SLim Tech USA LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit, we may be able to put you into contact with the courier who had your package. My order is late. What gives?

Delays in transit are the most common cause for late orders. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is not much we can do. Send us an email at support@slimtechusa.com for more information.

My package was marked as delivered, but it never showed up. What do I do?

Sometimes, delivery notifications from couriers may be listed in error. Please allow 24-48 hours for your package to arrive from the day it was marked as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen, it is recommended to contact your local law enforcement agency.
